Everything was working fine when suddenly, my Nabaztag refused to connect. What's happening?

Occasionally, your Nabaztag may lose its connection to the internet.
Usually, it's enough to unplug him and plug him back in to get him to detect the network again (you might have to try several times).
You won't need to return to the configuration web page (unless you change your network specs).
If this does not solve the problem, please get in touch with our technical support.

I can't connect ! My Nabaztag is blinking like this:

Your Nabaztag will tell you why he can't connect by the way he blinks

I can't get to the http://192.168.0.1 page. What can I do?

Check these few points:

  • Are you sure that your computer has a Wi-Fi card ?
  • If you can't reach the configuration page, it's probably that you are not really connected to your Nabaztag.
  • Make sure that you are in ad-hoc mode.
  • We strongly recommend you momentarily disable your firewall and unplug your internet connection's Ethernet cable if any.
  • If you know how to do this, you can force disconnection from your usual network (for instance: in Windows, click on the list of wireless networks and click on "disconnect".
  • Note: While you are connecting to your Nabaztag, you can no longer access the internet.

Help! My Nabaztag's ears won't wiggle around any more!

Unplug your Nabaztag, Plug him back in with the button depressed: release the button only when Nabaztag has flashed a red light.
At this point, your Nabaztag should be white, with one ear turning round: let it go round full circle and press the button again.
The second ear should now turn; press once more to view a luminous animation, the press again twice.
Did both his ears turn around, in one direction then backwards ?
If yes: his ears are just fine, If not: contact the Nabaztag support team.

My Nabaztag doesn't seem to be working. It's not making any noise at all.

Check if Nabaztag makes a sound when you just unplug and plug him back in.
Check that the sound switch is not set to mute, and test the medium and high settings (or check the volume dial if you have a Nabaztag/tag).
If the problem persists, contact the Nabaztag support team, they'll tell you what to do.
