What do all these blinking lights mean?
He's white, with a purple flashing light underneath
Congratulations! Your Nabaztag is now connected.
All you need to do is activate his services at my.nabaztag.com.
Flashing orange (no green lights) : rabbit can't detect a wireless network
- Are you sure you have a Wi-Fi Internet connection?
- If yes, does it comply with the 802.11 B or G standards?
- Have you checked your SSID?
- Is your router set on channel 11?
- Is your router too far away?
- Are you in open system mode?
- Have you set your modem (if required) on association mode?

One green light : your Nabaztag detects the network but cannot connect
Have you checked to make sure your WEP key is correct?
If you are not 100% sure about your network encryption (WEP, WPA), why not double check with the person who set up your network?
Check the following combinations:
- Open system, WEP/WPA enabled, WEP/WPA key complete (a series of letters and numbers),
- Open system WEP/WPA enabled box unchecked, WEP/WPA key blank
Are you in open system mode?
Two green lights, but still no connection…
Have you checked the DHCP Enabled box, and made sure all the following fields were left blank?
It might well be a DNS issue (your Rabbit is unable to contact the Nabaztag platform)
